As a previous winner i have no personal axe to grind , BUT , i do not know what method you use to draw the numbers , but if it is a RNG machine , you need a new one. If you have nos 300-399 you may as well give up , only 4 numbers drawn out of last 65 have been in this group. However out of the newbies 500+ group , there have already been 13 drawn. Furthermore it is a statistical freak that there have been 0 repeat winners! I know , i need to get a life! :)

Thought there had been a double winner in the early days of the draw

I'm pretty sure there has been, and I think I know who (which is why I remember it).

I use a random number generator app on my phone.

I'm open to suggestion if you have something else in mind I could use .

Easy you pull one of my numbers for the biggie at the end of the month and we go 50/50 sorted.

If you are using a RNG to produce just 1 number and then switch it off , each time you generate the Random Number your computer(phone) is making the same calculation each time. You can think of it rather like picking a ball out of a box of balls but each time you go to pick it you do so from the exact same position in the box. This means the Random Number generated each time will be done by the exact same calculation and inevitably produces clutches of numbers very close together.

https://www.random.org/randomness/

To get a "True" random number generator you need to have an inconsistency (eg a person's hand) .
You could have 3 bags with 7 pieces of paper in the first (0-6) and 10 pieces in the other two (0-9) and ask 3 different people to pick a number out of each of the bags!

Or as really I've just got too much time on my hand , just carry on !! :)
