5) Spend any York City 'pieces of silver' on the infrastructure, mainly the stand.

No offence to him but

A) does he even want it
B) he has years ahead of him as a player
C) he has no experience, even as a coach

Definitely don't give the job to browney, no experience and probably no coaching badges either. Also point 5 is not going to happen, as the money should be used to plug any shortfalls in our finances before being considered for the stand.
