Well honours even I'd say after the first days play. If England can make 350 or more then I'd say advantage to England, anything less then advantage to Australia.

196 off 80 overs is woeful scoring IMO!! When the Aussies bat unless we get Warner cheaply then they'l score at over 3 an over!!

Australia are just edging it after day 2. England need at least one wicket before lunch tomorrow.

Well that was embarrassing, as we lose by 10 wickets. The collapse on the forth day was shocking, but predictable as well. Our tailenders just don't seem to be able to stick around like the Aussie tailenders. The Aussie number 11 Lyon looked a betted batsman than our number 9 Broad.

England struggling again on the third day, as they try to avoid following on.

England fold like a pack of cards, as they lose the second test by 120 runs. The difference is the Aussie bowlers, who are a class act.

Great first day for England, let's see if they can hammer home the advantage and get 550 to 600.

England's tail collapses yet again. Match pretty well balanced, depends on whether England can get out Smith.

Well that was embarrassing and humiliating as Australia pile on almost 350 runs for the loss of one wicket. I think England should drop Ali, as he poses hardly any spinning threat and Anderson and Broad as they don't have the speed to trouble the Australian batsmen. It was just pathetic.

There is always lots of English St George flags at ashes matches. Saw one yesterday from Cockerton Cricket Club. Cockerton is a superb of Darlo for those that don't know the area.

Great day for England, as Cook and Root put England in a potentially winning position. Let's hope they can press forward our advantage.

Cook finally gets his act together and scores an unbeaaten 244, to put England in a very strong position with 2 days to go.

Who'd have thought rain would come to rescue the aussies. Probably odds are that the aussies will avoid defeat on the last day.

Tepid draw, at least England didn't get smashed this time. Smith is almost unbeatable.

Pete, can you provide a summary of last night please? I rely on your insight to keep up with it.

We lost the plot. Advantage to the Aussies as they ended up only just over 150 behind with 8 wickets remaining.

It's amazing how a pitch that looked challenging when we batted, now looks like it's the easiest of pitches to bat on.

Well that's England's chances of a win down the swaney, as the Aussies pill on the runs and now lead by over 130 with 6 wickets left.

The end is nigh for English cricket. Only the weather can save England now, as there is a slight chance of rain tomorrow afternoon.

What a shambles as England fall to another innings defeat. They should get rid of Stoneman, Woakes, Ali, Broad and Anderson for a start. Boycott looked disgusted at England's performance after the game, at least he's honest and realistic.

ODI's start tonight. I've been watching a fair bit of the big bash T20 competition. The side I like because I've been there are the Tasmanian Hurricanes. They have a young player called D'arcy Short, who's been overlooked for the ODI's, but he is likely to play in the following T20's. What a great player for the future, sadly for the Aussies and he can bowl as well.

Great win for England, as Jason Roy and comes good with a record score in ODI for an English batsman.
