Re: Tamworth v Darlington Match Thread
No Heaton or Wheatley, dissapointed with that, chopping and changing again not good.
Re: Tamworth v Darlington Match Thread
I hope he is only experimenting without Heaton and Wheatley as things were starting to look up.

Darlington seem to be on top, as Tamworth struggle to get out of their half.

Just listening tonight sadly, from the radio I would say Tamworth have been the better team slightly.biccynana wrote:You two at/listening to the same game?super_les_mcjannet wrote:Tamworth have had about 4 shots already.Darlo_Pete wrote:Darlington seem to be on top, as Tamworth struggle to get out of their half.
These days we just need to keep in games as we often have our spells/chances.

Pears makes a great save. Tamworth certainly seem to be on top at the moment.

Sustained pressure from Darlo, as we force a succession of corners.

Darlo go very close as a shot is cleared off the line by MILLS, does he know which way he's kicking? 3 successive corners now, make that 4 now.

Re: Tamworth v Darlington Match Thread
Good draw that; Tamworth were no mugs and sounded like we rode our luck for parts of the game and have Pears to thanks.
2 clean sheets in a row now. Onto Saturday, where hopefully we can get back to winning ways.
Come on Darlo.

Re: Tamworth v Darlington Match Thread
Not a bad point on a Tuesday away trip.
Have to try and get 3 points on Saturday and then 7 out of those 3 games is quite good.
Hopefully get Wheatley back on Saturday, we miss his energy in midfield when we have Turnbull controlling the ball and Syers supporting Styche.

Re: Tamworth v Darlington Match Thread
Would have taken a point before the game if you had told me we would be missing Heaton, Scott & Wheatley.
Hopefully get Collins back in the fold this Saturday too, along with Portas the following week.
Amari Morgan-Smith sent off for AFC Telford tonight which means he'll be suspended for our away game down there in a week and a half.

I've been looking at the table, after tonight we've now let in less goals than York!

Does anyone know how many points we were behind York when MG left us?
(Sorry for the obsession)
