Fans Forum
With only four home games left any news on when fans forum will be. It’s all gone quiet on Sporting Village or Blackwell developments and it would be interesting to see what are budget would be for next season and Tommy’s view on it.

Fans need to have enough notice so they can collect sufficient tar, feathers and rope

Re: Fans Forum
I thought fans forums were supposed to be held regularly, according to the last one I attended. Perhaps they had in mind every couple of years!!!

Re: Fans Forum
Not sure, but it seems a long time ago since the last one, which I think was in April last year.

I don’t think there’s been one since T.W has been here - BUT they don’t work. There’s always some disturbance or controvercy. Regular updates and the Net cafe format work better.lo36789 wrote:There have been at least one a season hasn’t there?Darlo_Pete wrote:I thought fans forums were supposed to be held regularly, according to the last one I attended. Re: Fans Forum
I think Net Cafe and publishing the key points in the programme is enough.
We don't need the conflict they cause right now.

Re: Fans Forum
I think it would be worthwhile to have an update on things on and off the pitch - the Netcafe seems to work well. I suppose it doesn't need to be now, but at the very latest at the end of the season- if the club are wanting to selling season tickets for next season then the fans need some info and reassurances.

Re: Fans Forum
Remember some of the forums getting a bit toxic. Net cafe is easier for the board

Re: Fans Forum
Net cafe should be a lot cheaper to organize for the club, and given we are short of readies, it looks like the best option.

Re: Fans Forum
TW was at the one I attended in early April at the Blackwell Hotel. He also attended the function held in the Sports Hall at the Dolphin Centre last season, where DJ talked more than TW.theoriginalfatcat wrote:I don’t think there’s been one since T.W has been here - BUT they don’t work. Re: Fans Forum
With everyone appearing to asking for TW sacking not sure a FF would be such a good idea bearing in mind how the last one ended.
