Even with the BTB the overall budget I’d heard whilst at the player awards is going to be greatly reduced.
We knew that from the netcafe though.

Ah that’s ok then, Spennymoor put out a statement saying the Echo misreported what Groves said and everyone believes it. The same Spennymoor who put out a statement blaming Bradford Park Avenue for having to charge full price for the play off game. And we all know which club was misleading the public then don’t we.

Storm in a teacup stuff.

I'm undecided if i want them to go up next year, as we lose a local game rather than Chorley if they do. Especially now South Shields choked in their playoff.

TBH what he said is true we were the only league club from County Durham but that was a long time ago. Without a Brad Groves individual investing money into DFC I can’t see that changing. Even with the BTB the overall budget I’d heard whilst at the player awards is going to be greatly reduced.
We all knew that the budget for the upcoming season is going to be considerably less, so hopefully we can aim towards a raising 100k in the BTB as additional funds for the manager.
