Quite excellent. Understated, perfectly timed. Worth breaking several years of not posting to congratulate you on this, young Gazza.

Well...Sean Reid has just left Blyth for Morpeth, maybe the other AA won’t be far behind him through the exit door

Wow what a signing for Morpeth. He’ll rip that division up

Blyth's midfield has disappeared within days and more are heading for the exit.

Blyth could very well go down next year. Depending on the strength of the promoted sides. (It might save them that there's only 2 relegation spots next year). I expect they'll struggle though. I'm increasingly convinced Armstrong is going to be our next boss, and they're losing key players, without a budget to bring in much quality.

If Armstrong isn't our next boss, I don't really know what his next option is. He's not going to be happy at blyth, and may be in for a struggle regardless, but where else could he go?

I'd say he'd be a decent shout for a national league job. He's definitely better off getting out of Blyth before he has to deal with next season anyway. Whether he comes to us or goes somewhere else.

Which though? I'd imagine he won't move too far if he has an academy at Shildon, pools are occupied and Gateshead are knackered.

Exactly, like what Martin Gray should have done at the end of the season with Darlo. If your hearts not in it, move on.
