Far too early for this, but:
York favourites 5/1 - not sure about that
Spennymoor seem decent value at 10/1
Darlo 20/1

Re: Early odds for next season
Given their run in 2nd half of last season and further squad strengthening, then AFC Telford are worth a look

Surprised at Southport being 10/1, wonder if they have had some serious investment.Would not rule us out being around the playoffs either if AA comes up with another couple of good signings.

Yeah Spennymoor is a decent price, might stick £10 on them. They really should be favourites after last season and squad strengthening.al_quaker wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2019 8:36 amhttps://www.betvictor.com/en-gb/sports/ ... /0/0/0/0/1

York and Chester should be stronger but still wouldn’t expect them to be as strong as Spenny.
As for us, think it’s a fair price. Whilst we are all positive currently then I think a top half finish, will suit us this year with some flirting in and around the play offs would be fantastic.

Blyth at 25/1.?? Do they know the club has just had its arse torn out?

Hereford for me at 16/1
Re: Early odds for next season
not sure I understand the justification for York being favourites. would expect Spenny, Brackley and Alty to be there or thereabouts. Don't see any outstanding candidates. Probably a group of 10-14 that could challenge for the playoffs

Early odds for next season
Hereford are excellent value and Spenny are definitely under-priced.
There’s always one promoted team who does well, and carries the momentum from the previous season through (Altrincham, Salford, us in recent years).
Kettering have had a few promotions so have built up momentum, and Kings Lynn have plenty of ex-EFL players (they’re a who’s who of former Cambridge Utd players). Don’t know enough about Farsley.
So as a dark horse, there could be value there.

Re: Early odds for next season
I would say Spenny are overpriced at 10-1 if York are 5-1.

Re: Early odds for next season
Odds will probably be influenced by a lot more York fans taking a punt on them, compared with Spennymoor fans taking a punt on Spennymoor. Odds will always be influenced by the bigger clubs who have more fans who will back their club. I don't think 20/1 is very attractive for us and I won't be backing us at those odds.
Re: Early odds for next season
I don't know how you would go about setting realistic odds on a side like Bradford PA at this stage. They've just appointed someone with no managerial experience to take charge and have about three or four players in their squad so far after a mass exodus.
Re: Early odds for next season
Did Reece styche not move to Hereford because he was influenced by the fact that they supposedly have an £800'000 budget next season therefore it sounds like they're going all out to win the league.

Re: Early odds for next season
Just clicked on the link at the top of the thread & we are now 16/1. Have some of you lads been lumping on?
Re: Early odds for next season
Boston United might be a'surprise package'. It's their last season at York Street and they've tried to put a positive vibe around for the clubs future. Also, they were badly deflated after Darlo's second half master class in April (after failing to finish us off early on) and the general view was that things must never get that bad again. Looking forward to our next trip.

Something seems to have gone awry at Kettering off the field in the last week. Their manager left last week and new chap appointed. Seemingly disputes over budget were behind the departure.
Re: Early odds for next season
Spennymoor now 6/1
And the two Blyth teams 16/ and 25/1

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.
