Boston’s stolen flag

Post by Darlopartisan » Mon Oct 14, 2019 12:29 pm

Apparently one of Boston’s supporters flags was stolen at the game on Saturday. Our own Kevin Luff has raised £100 ( on Twitter ) to cover the cost of a replacement.
First, well done Kevin
When things like this happen it reflects badly on the club, why steal a supporters flag, it is a pretty low thing to do.
To the thief who stole it you are scum.
Again we’ll done Kevin and all those who chipped to cover the cost of a new one.

That's really bad, hopefully the culptit will realise their mistake & return it to the club for repatriation to Boston.

Well said Darlopartisan and excellent effort in raising funds and so quickly.

Two extremes of football in one post.

I hesitate to call the thieves fans or even followers. They are scum.

Re the fund raising...a story for next week's Non League Paper showing fans in good light?

Huge thanks to Darlington fans for their generosity. Gone way above and beyond to sort me a replacement out. @bostonunited can we please bear this in mind and sort out some deal for their fans when they visit us in January @craigsinglet
