Dont think they have disclosed an actual cost except to say that it will go into seven figures and they have been granted £250k by the FSIF to support the project.
Not too dissimilar situation to us, in that, because they are rebuilding at their old Meadow Park ground the utilities water and electricity are still in place. They are renovating the old changing room blocks etc so that mitigates costs in some places.

Quite like the design. I like clubhouses, they’re a good thing with a bit of character. Would love one of our own.

Gloucester talking of an overall build budget of £2m. One of the owners has his own construction company.
