Saturday’s attendance of 1,736 against West Auckland was seventh in all of the non league attendances in the country on the day.
It was higher than all of the gates when added together in the Evostik NPL First Division North, Evostik SPL First Division Central, and Evostik SPL First Division South and West; all of the individual gates in the Evostik NPL First Division South, Evostik NPL Premier Division , Evostik SPL Premier Division; all the three Isthmian Leagues; the Blue Square North and Blue Square South; and five gates in the Blue Square Premier – a magnificent total of 137 matches. Only the Blue Square Premier crowds at Braintree, Cambridge, Lincoln City, Newport County, Stockport and Wrexham were higher in the national system – so we were seventh in the whole country.
