Exodus Continues

exodus continues

The singing sensation Exodus Geohaghon has left the club after a brief spell and joined up with struggling league two side Dagenham and Redbridge on a 3 month loan deal.

The long throwing defender was a powerhouse and a good addition to the squad, but since Coopers departure it was more than apparent that he did not want to be at the club and if that was the case then it is best for both parties that they go their seperate ways.

Due to league rules Exodus cannot sign permanently for more than three clubs in a season,  He started this season at Peterborough, then Barnet and then Darlo.  To get around this rule he has left the club on an emergency loan deal.

Daggers manager John Still  said of the deal , "With Mark [Arber] being out we had to bring someone in at the back.

"Exodus has played in the Championship so we know he's a player who can come in and do a job.

"When he was at Kettering we looked at him but he went off to Peterborough, who were in the Championship then, and played about 15 games in his first season there.  He's a player who isn't old but brings experience."

The last player to move between the two clubs was Tresor Kandol, The congolese striker joined The Quakers on loan with Darlington having the option to purchase him for a largish fee if all went well.  Kandol did ok on the pitch but it was matters off the pitch which saw David Hodgson cut the loan deal short and send him back.  12 months later he was sent to jail for a driving offence.  He went on to star for Leeds United though where he cots them £200k but is now without a club after leaving Spanish League 2 side Albacete and then failing to turn up for a deal with Plymouth Argyle.  Strange lad.
