Just checked the NL ground grading document and it said ground grading is permitted but 'Security of tenure must be 10 years'.

Interesting that the Rugby Club won't let us develop the ground to EFL standards, and there's no point in developing it any further. If we did happen to get promotion in the next couple of years, the contingency plans would be interesting.
