Re: Fans Forum Postponed

Everyone hold their horses! I'll share Chris Stockdale's tweet from earlier today: "No one should be reading anything into forum date move and any land/ground announcement. Far more mundane reasons for date change." Doesn't mean that good work isn't ongoing in the background, just that this date cha...

Re: Next seasons kit

I've gone 1 and 1. 3 will win the home vote though, especially as we've had a year off hoops this season. I think 1 will win the away vote especially now that yellow has been introduced this season as our third kit. We've not had a red kit for a few years now (since that burgundy one that I loved, ...

What goes through the mind of a player to get involved in a sending-off incident in the final minute of a game when you are 3-0 down? Bizarre. The red card I got in the final few minutes for deliberate handball at 6-0 down in my Yarm Town Boys' days back in the early-90s springs to mind here. And t...

The club has to fall in line with the increasingly 'cashless' world we're living in. Yes, the provision for fans who have some coins in their pocket has to be there for cash to be collected, clearly, but as time moves on - especially from our teenage/20-something fans - the pressure for 'cashless pa...

Judging by some of her/his previous posts, I think it's fair to say eddie-rowles doesn't rate Mondal. We haven't really seen enough of him, have we? Sure - not saying I want Purver there all the time, just making the comment that both him and Hedley (both midfielders at the end of the day) did well on a makeshift basis to play RB and LB (given Hedley is predominantly right-footed).

It's the de-risked nature of the model that I love. If a fan can't commit to ownership or BTB this season, another fan who couldn't the year before will. Previously we've been at the total will of one person's interest/intentions/behaviour. Right now, we're not. The fan ownership model also sits nic...
