Re: Best Darlo goals you’ve seen live
Gabbiadini scored some crackers but the best I’ve seen was Mitch cook’s left foot volley v Northampton 90/91 season, wish I could find a video/replay of it

Re: New stadium funding
Great news, just listening to the latest DJ interview and its exciting stuff all be it still at a very early stage, personally I cant see it being at the Eastbourne complex simply due to road access etc.

Re: Retained list
Pleased to hear Rose has signed, for the first time in many seasons I believe we have a very strong base to start from & add too over the coming months, baring injuries next season should/could be very exciting

Re: Jacob Hazel
Really pleased with this signing, some on here will say and have said he doesn't fit in with our template in terms of sign young and sell on for profit, for me while that is great for the club, you still need some older heads in the team and he is a good experienced striker so welcome to the club Ja...

2 points dropped but still lots of positives overall, I agree with an earlier post, lets get Thompson on the pens, huge congrats to AA. the rest of the staff staff and players for turning around what was looking like a poor season, having the luxury of rotation due to squad size has been key IMO On...

another great result and performance from all, fantastic to see us putting this run together, I wonder if rotation is the answer (now we have that luxury) part time players who also have physical jobs may need rotating more etc

Hope the lads do well tonight and surprise us, I'm not going to get involved in the bickering above, time will tell if AA is the right man for the job, I do feel the season is fizzling out badly, but I guess we just have to be extra patient at the moment.

Gregan and Blake are two great shouts! Jimmy Willis would get in my team, also Jason De Vos was a cracking defender at our level but probably wasn't with us long enough to make the best XI

Re: Oli Johnson
I think the Whitby forward (Hazel) would be a better option, but as AA said he is under contract and would cost us money, he could be one for next season though. I think he has another year to run on his contract after this season - so I think being held to ransom over a 30 year old striker is not ...

on field mediocracy I mean on field mediocrity is our bread and butter. We had 26 years in the fourth tier of the EFL last time out and pestered the playoffs on what 3 occasions? It is Lo you are correct, but I do sadly miss that Div 4 feethams mediocrity you mention. a real football ground, proper...

What we have in Armstrong is someone who is willing to work within the restrictions created by our circumstances - a fan-funded club without its own ground. You can argue all day long about whether he's getting good enough results given the circumstances he works within. What we had in Gray, and wo...

Re: Martin Gray
Regarding Gray I have heard rumours' from a good source that he has been contacted, possibly as a would you step in if AA was sickened off and resigned, rather than AA being sacked. I find this impossible to believe. The only person who should be lining up Gray is our chairman and because of the wa...
