I see our kitten-stomping, chimp-hanging, trophy virgin friends are getting new owners.
According to the Hartlepool Mail, they're going to be bought by a Middle-Eastern recruitment firm.
Quite why a Dubai-based recruitment firm would want to take over a loss-making football club in the 4th tier of the English league system remains to be seen.
I wonder if it will pan out more successfully than the last attempted takeover which they canned after 6 weeks.

Re: Hartlepool United to be sold
JPNG Global is the name being bandied about - they seem to have been in business for all of 6 years. Yes, it does sound a bit strange for a recruitment company with no connection to Hartlepool (that we know of) to want to buy them.

I'd rather continue watching non league football than be in the position of being owned by a "Dubai-based recruitment firm".
