Fundraising for players / Echo pay for team coach

Post by quakersam » Wed Jan 04, 2012 6:33 pm

The Northern Echo have paid for the team coach to get down to Barrow on Saturday as we can't afford it. This is now gut-wrenching. I urge as many as possible to make the trip. Massive thanks to the Echo

Any East Midlands fans driving up to Barrow?

I'll go halves on petrol if there's a chance of a lift.

Let me know.

Great gesture, we should think about stumping up on here for the players to have a pre match lunch somewhere, otherwise I think they'll able bringing their own packed lunches. If this is indeed it, surely it's the least we can do?

I'll throw the first £10 in. Who's with me? I'm sure someone can work out a way of collecting and so on.....should think a couple of hundred quid would cover it.

Anybody in?

Cool Harry, that's two in. Sam was that a yes, no or maybe? If we get enough interest, I'll do the collecting, will ask Divas how he does it for Jamie Chandler shirt contributions maybe.

Ok that's four deffos so far. Thanks guys, great stuff! This might be do-able? If your kind enough to say yes, then please consider that binding if we get to, say £150? Thanks
