People who just use foul and abusive language are called illiterate in Hartlepool yes we do have some too surely you can have good banter without such signs of illiteracy. I enjoy the rivalry between our clubs but sadly both clubs have a fringe amount of supporters who are just plain thick.

If you swear it does not mean you are thick or illiterate.

I agree that swearing does not make you thick or illiterate but it is the manner in which it is used. Some of it on these forums is just vile and abusive. Hartlepool people are no different to darlington people ordinary hard working and love their football. Yes we love the rivilary between our clubs and always want to see the other suffer but not on a personal basis.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

A man with literacy levels as poor as yours should not be commenting on what makes someone "thick" or "illiterate".

Sorry johnjo but the above posts are all facts that were printed in the northern echo about the delightful dole wallahs residing in simian central. Have you not noticed that even lazarus(the poolie one called PJ not our version of Gordon Ramsey) has not denied the above facts? Why's that? Is it because it happens to be true?

I had a chat with Tony Mowbray on Darlington Station on Friday and asked him about Curtis, he said he would definitely want him to go out on loan and felt a championship club or league one would suit him, said he need to play games score goals and get his confidence going. Definitely still in his plans tho. He bemoaned the fact that average players are wanting too high wages and how difficult it is building a team to get promoted, has taken two years to get rid of the high earners
