I don’t think that is actually true. Danny O’Connor did an injury update prior to the Cambridge game and said Maguire was “close” to playing. Alun decided not to risk him and Maguire did a running session on the pitch pre-match.bga wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 4:25 pmThought he was supposed to have been available a couple of weeks ago. He was 7 months away from leaving for free with no compensation or sell-on clause. It would have been preferable for him to move in January after the run of games we have coming up but you can’t begrudge him for wanting to move now. Things never stay still in football and there was no guarantee that opportunity would have been there for him in January.
Sousa is coming in, which is a direct replacement. It will also free Campbell to play out on the right as we saw on Saturday with Charman & Maguire to fight it out for the centre-forward starting berth.

Re: Donowa gone
Good luck Justin!
End of the day, the guy has came from Bermuda to make it in the game, and this represents a step up to full time pro football - even if it is a placcy, made up, bankrolled club.
Hopefully we have a sell on clause, that's more important than the actual fee IMO.

Re: Donowa gone
Just to echo what everyone has said, best of luck & hope this is the first step in a long and successful career. An exciting player to watch & real impact player from the bench. Probably easier to get back to Bermuda from Solihull
Re: Donowa gone

Scored this afternoon for Solihull. Not sure but is that his first goal for them ?
Re: Donowa gone
Got a second one now. Good to see him coming good.
Re: Donowa gone
Donowa on the scoresheet again with a hat-trick today for Solihull Moors. Good luck to the lad
Re: Donowa gone
Well done Justin a hat trick should put him back in favour at Solihull.
