Season ticket

Trying to renew my season ticket through Your Club but can’t because of some coupon I’m supposed to have.Any ideas anyone?

Renewed mine last night worked fine and reported before lunch that glitch sorted already. Luckily not waiting days for a foreign call centre to get back to you here.

My mate still cant get the system to work, tried again today, he is getting a bit cheese off as I said system sorted after above message. Has e-mail club but waiting a reply. Hope it's not him inputting wrongly

Finally sorted out by using main computer instead of the bloody iPad.

I’ve had about 10 attempts and it just keeps telling me something is incorrect .... I’ve been through multiple times and can’t see anything highlighted/ missing ... I’ll keep on trying ... then pass it over to a teenager mid June

Olrad, the email I received from the club about the launch of season tickets stated "if you have any queries email seasontickets@darlingtonfc.org". I think this will bear more fruit than repeating the same process time after time and hoping for a different outcome.

This is a known bug on iOS and we have a workaround that’s currently being implemented which should be ready in the next couple of days. Apologies for any inconvenience
