I hadn't realised he'd gone there! Shame we didnt get any pennies. I watched the Gas at Eastville as a teenager, what a ground that was.

Yeah Joey Barton must like him as he bought him over from Fleetwood with him. Fair play to Saunders, I had doubts he was going to be good enough for the National North, he’s proved me wrong!don'tbuythesun wrote: ↑Sun May 08, 2022 8:50 amI hadn't realised he'd gone there! Harvey ain't been getting a game recently -I still think they will keep him for another year but I think his chances will be even more limited in League One.Piggy_ wrote: ↑Sun May 08, 2022 10:22 amYeah Joey Barton must like him as he bought him over from Fleetwood with him. You would assume so. Not sure what his contract situation is- but I’d take him back personally if there was a chance. If he is released though I think he may get a chance to stay full time.PierremontQuaker03 wrote: ↑Mon May 09, 2022 7:24 amHarvey ain't been getting a game recently -I still think they will keep him for another year but I think his chances will be even more limited in League One.Piggy_ wrote: ↑Sun May 08, 2022 10:22 amYeah Joey Barton must like him as he bought him over from Fleetwood with him. While we're talking about ex-DFC players, League play offs and so on, David Stockdale (now 36, doesn't time fly) has been hailed as the best keeper in League One after his saves helped Wycombe into the League One play off final. Admittedly, it was his manager who labelled him as such (I'm reminded of Mandy Rice-Davies) but all the same.... https://www.theguardian.com/football/20 ... al-mk-dons
