Have you tried getting BT Sport direct from Sky? They offer that now. And it’s often cheaper if you
Phone up. I effectively got it free, as I was paying 30 a month to BT. Called Sky who added the Channels through them, have new contract with it all on for 40 less than I was originally paying. So worked out well for me.
I have mine through Sky. I phone regularly,(about every 3 months or so) and check for deals. Can often get either reduced rate or in effect free stuff.
Only downside is it means you tie yourself to them for longer, but where I am TV reception is virtually impossible with anyone else. Virgin don't do my area and BT are crap.

Great to see Troy Wilkinson from Darlo winning at the weekend, with some terrific punishes to maintain his unbeaten record.

Aye,well done to Troy. How many rounds do you think Saunders will last in the ring against Canelo Pete?

No idea to be honest. i was surprised that the fight wasn't on sky or BT. I've done the first thing in my life & recorded the fight on BBC5 Live. I'm actually listening to it now & it's in the second round, quite exciting. Amazing crowd of 75000 in the AT&T stadium in Dallas.

Planning to go down to town this evening to watch the Usyz v Joshua fight. One advantage of the fight coming from Saudi Arabia rather than from the States, is that the fight will be at a reasonable time, rather than daft o'clock in the morning. Hope Joshua has learnt from the first fight and can turn things around this evening. Apparently the fight is not due to start before 10pm.

Oh no he hasn't.

Thought it was a great fight and at only £2-90 a pint, a heck of a lot cheaper than watching at home. Joshua looked to have more energy going into the last 3 rounds, but lost all of them. Not sure where Joshua goes from here, but at only 32, he should not be at the end of his career.

Good fight last night in Manchester. Joe Joyce continues to prove the doubters wrong. Other than Fury / Usyk I can't really see anyone else that can cause him too many problems.

Crazy that Fury will be fighting Joshua, it's likely to be a complete mismatch. Agree about your comments on Joyce.

I've never been convinced that Fury-Joshua happens at all, never mind next.

As for Joyce, I was never really convinced he had what it takes to trouble the elite, but having watched him from ringside on Saturday you notice the little things he does that go unnoticed when watching on TV. Really smart fighter.

Really disappointed to see that the Eubank v Benn fight is not on SKY or BT Sports. Hope Eubank will repeat the result his father had against Nigel Benn.

I'd be very surprised if the fight went ahead as planned on Saturday evening now after what went down yesterday. The Board of Control have (rightly) been given a hard time for many things over the years, but I have to give them credit for this one. It will be a disgrace and embarrassment to the sport if this goes ahead on Saturday.

Well, the fight has now been called off, what an embarrassment for boxing, especially for Benn & Eubank.

Benn now admits that he has failed TWO tests and not just the one that was originally reported, and has stated he thinks it might have been down to contamination

I can't think of another sport that continually shoots itself in the foot when it has something positive brewing

Can't see Benn fighting anytime soon, it could be the end of his career.

Yep, agreed it doesn't put boxing in a very good light. At least it shows that the drug testing is effective, which has to be a good thing.

I disagree, Benn was just 'unlucky' that he was caught. The amount of fighters that will be on something would surprise you. The drug testers simply don't have the resources to test and catch them all.

If anyone isn't going to the Kiddy game tomorrow, there is an afternoon of amateur boxing at the Dolphin Centre and is priced at just £15. Doors open at 1pm

I'm always at these amateurs shows, and the kids always put on a good show.

So the big fight is tomorrow night, between Eubank & Smith. Hope Eubank wins, I'll be watching somewhere in the town centre to see who comes out on top.

Well that was a let down, couldn't find a pub in the town centre that had the fight on, so had to listen to the radio commentary, which is never the same. Really disappointed that Eubank seemed to just crumble after having had the better of the round before.

There was a few pubs that had it on.

Tubwell Tap, Golden Cock, Darlo Flyer, Turks Head.

Great performance by Eubank Jnr against Smith, it was really a no contest. Hopefully Eubank will get a world title fight next.
