Probably included because it's the only bid city in the East of England region - which would mean it's one of the least likely to be dropped at a later stage if the bid is repackaged to make it more economical and run in fewer stadiums.

[I'd guess Plymouth, London [3], Sheffield, and Sunderland would be favourites for that, or Anfield if it's not been redeveloped by then]

The fact that the FA allowed them to bend Wimbledon FC over and dildo them up the arse is dispicable, but now I know for a fact the FA dont give a s*** about the pride of our national game. What a set of bellends.
