Looks like somebody has hijacked our mascots name and set up an on-line casino.

I noticed these adverts on youtube, they think I am a gambler - that's shocking.

I don't have any time for Spen but this is totally uncalled for. Is this the last post for Fat Josh?

Actually Spen may have a point, albeit tangentially. If this gambling site is a jonny come lately the club might consider suing them over the misuse of the Mr Q identity. After all it could be considered to potentially tarnish the reputation of a much beloved mascot by having him confused with this gambling business. It seems to work for others in the weird world of nonsensical litigation.

I generally don’t have much time for spen either but agree that Fat josh’s language is totally unacceptable. It is like a kid coming out with all the swear words he has just learned in school. Fat josh wouldn’t get away with it on TV, on the radio or in similar media. Why should he here?

A genuine apology would be a good start, followed by a period of self-induced silence on the Board- that is, if the mods don’t delete him.

I hope so. The Moderators need to get a grip - as stuff like this brings the whole board down.

Just ban the idiot he is clearly incapable of being involved in any grown up debate and therefore has no place on this forum. He would be quickly forgotten which would be the best punishment for him.

Club has just tweeted promoting the leagues two new official betting partners. I realize they’re probably contractually bound to do so but going after mr Qs imposters would send out mixed messages to put it politely.

Better get sorted with the gambling owners quick, as the Premier League are already thinking about banning shirt sponsorship by betting firms.
